Such beautiful historical intricate architecture. The 23rd floor pool and bar is amazing!
Nothing, I love it here!

We loved everything about our stay at The Pfister. The hotel has beautiful old world elegance, it is in a great location, and the staff were all super friendly. We loved the Artist in Residence program that the hotel offers and enjoyed seeing all of the art throughout the hotel. The food in the cafe was great, especially the baked goods which they bake on site.

The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind, ready to help, and welcoming.
We switched rooms as the first didn’t have a working safe. Both rooms had dusty fixtures and out of place bed skirts / linens. Ultimately fine. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cool decor and story
A few amenities weren’t what they could be. Staff was rude at wedding reception
Staff barged into our room
