It was very clean and pool area is great

The staff in the bar area was not very friendly. The waiters in the outside pool area seemed very annoyed and did not have a good attitude.

Gorgeous hotel. We only stayed for one night after a cruise though. Amazing, huge swimming pool which opens at 7 am so I had it all to myself when I turned up as it opened to swim lengths. Food in the take away restaurant/shop was delicious, & the complimentary glasses of champagne was a nice touch. We booked club level, which was very nice but I not sure I would do it again. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from but snacks in the evening were limited & we ended up having to purchase something more substantial from the in hotel casual diner. I’d definitely stay here again though.

Location and staff were exceptional

Hidden fees. Resort fees, high parking fees and others should be disclosed at time of purchase. Rate was raised by 60%. Though hotel was worth it that is to much of a discrepancy

i think the property was nice and it felt nice

i feel like i was over charged and never stated i was gonna be charged way more at the check and the pool kept closing for no reason
