The atmosphere and friendliness of staff.
Coffee machine in room.

Clean and quiet!
The breakfast room was lousy! No microwave oven for heating refrigerated food. Only 8 seats for 4 small tables with napkins and condiments on 2 tables. They had pancake syrup but no pancakes or waffles. No heated food.

N/A
The fridge, remote control did not work. The bathroom leaked water on the floor. Breakfast offered downstairs was just a bunch of sugar and empty carbs. Lights were not great in the room. The bathtub stopper to take a bath didn't work. The water pressure was terrible as well as the temperature of the water. Thankfully I got the room at a discount.
