La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mesa Superstition Springs

Daily breakfast was very good

The AC unit in both rooms requires cleaning. They both had an awful smell when running. We kept them off and it took a day for the smell to subside. Just glad it was not too hot.

Really comfortable and safe, loved the outdoor swimming pool!

Stephanie was great. We were given a room that had not been cleaned and she stepped in to make the situation was resolved right away

Front desk staff was ok but nothing was exceptional. Better to not arrive at change of shift !

Overall clean despite being dated and in need of repairs and maintenance

Our room had a backed up sink. Basically a biohazard. They expected us to just overlook a disgusting sink that we couldn’t use and didn’t want to credit us. Her response was “well you’re staying with us any way so what’s the issue” They did finally move us to another room. The new room needs repair as well. The shower took two hands to get the water turned on and the cover to it came off in my hands.
