Location was perfect. The staff was exceptional…all of them. Polite and very helpful. Over the top service.
Everything was great. Only thing a little annoying had nothing to do with. comfort Inn. Turning left onto highway from location is difficult.

Rooms were very neat and clean.
Quiet location, plenty parking available.
Checking in was scheduled for 4 pm, which we feel is quite late. Despite this, we were kept waiting till 4.25 m because our room was not ready. This created a stressful situation for us, because we had a date scheduled for 4.45 pm.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom also, with a nice walk-in shower. The water wasn't "softened" like some places that make the soap feel impossible to rinse off.
I didn't dislike anything.

Location very near to freeway and restaurants
They did not mentioned anywhere it’s under renovation so elevator was not working and he have to carry our bags by stairs. I asked them for towel change, bed making and trash cleaning but no action taken.
