Beautiful property, well appointed rooms, delicious food, world class artwork, super helpful staff. We especially appreciated the fact that all profits go toward scholarships for deserving Rollins College students.

Lovely property. Just the right size. Super nice rooms.

Nothing

The location was perfect and the complete esthetics of the property.

Nothing

There is art throughout the hotel and that is very enjoyable. The location is good. The room was comfortable.

This is not a luxury hotel; we were looking for a luxury hotel and paid for a luxury hotel. In reality, we found ourselves in a comfortable hotel with a number of tacky, sometimes unacceptable features. The in-room refrigerator was extremely noisy and resting on 3 legs; which means, it would not open (or close) unless you tilted it. We ended up turning it off because of the noise. The a/c filter housing was just hanging, not closed. The furniture was ordinary. Access to the pool required a room key; more irritating, leaving the pool area also required a room key. Why? Is the hotel so poorly secured? There is no fan in the bathroom; no air circulation. We used the valley parking (~$40 per night); the process is very inconvenient and we got stuck waiting for staff to move cars upon arrival and leaving. There is no number to call on the claim check; you need to go through the front desk.
