AC ホテル バイ マリオット ニューヨーク タイムズ スクエア

Great staff and location! Very friendly

Minor issues: - shower head shaking randomly due to unknown reasons - cleaners come after 4pm in the afternoon. It's really hard to leave for 20 mins after a whole day of walking, when in the morning the cleaning starts literally next door at 10am

Nice location and phenomenal staff! My stay was entirely too short so I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar, patio or restaurant but I will be back.

I booked the king room with a city view and the view was definitely disappointing (didn’t look like the pictures) but that was the only downside.

The staff was exceptional and the highlight of an already amazing facility. The rooms were modern, clean, and well kept. The gym was spotless and the restaurant connected to the hotel was a bonus for those mornings we didn’t want to go very far for food.

Nice place, very nice staff,

$700.00 hold on my card even though I already had prepaid $650.00. Paid for “high floor “ since it was my bday got the 6 th floor with whatever view . Even being away from elevator it was noisy if your a light sleeper don’t come here heard every fire truck police and fights on the street. Other than that great place.
