This attractive new apartment is located in the typical Cannaregio district, strategically located just 5 minutes walk from the train station of Venice Saint Lucia.
It is located in a very convenient area for the vaporetto stops, and to reach all the main sights and attractions. All services (bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, are in the immediate vicinity).
The apartment is located in a new building, and it is a perfect combination of modern living, and cozy house in the heart of historic Venice.
The apartment has a separate entrance on the ground floor, which leads to the spacious living room, and modern kitchen; always on the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Going up the internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is the cozy and warm attic bedroom, plus another service, modern and design.
The entire apartment has exposed beams, which makes it even more charming and special.
We offer laundry, air conditioning, and free wi fi, included in the price.

Good location, close to most things but quiet. Very good if you are traveling by train. Easy to coordinate with owner and they were right on time to meet us and let us in.

The apartment is over a wooden bridge quite near the Ferrovia station (and vaporetto). It is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is nice feel to the bedroom as it is all done in wood. It is near 2 wonderful Venetian restaurants, Tre Archi and Casa Bonita. If you are tall, you will need to watch your head upstairs. There is plenty of room to stand up there but there are also beams. My only criticism would be the lack of lighting. E.g. there is no light in the sink area which makes washing dishes difficult. The lack of light makes cooking a little challenging. It was mushroom season so we cooked a lot of them for breakast each day. The toaster is great. I wish I had one!

We loved the location and proximity to all of Venice and in particular the train station. Access to all of Venice was easy and great. Had issues with wifi entire stay though and no response from host when left on VRBO messages. Difficult to connect with family without wifi
