Fantastic location in a quiet and authentic part of Venice. Perfect for our family of 5.

Great place with a wonderful host! We enjoyed the ease of the water bus stop just steps away from the apartment and the wonderful restaurants and night life nearby as well. We enjoyed being away from the chaos and overpopulated streets and would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and had a great shower too! We stayed with a family of five and it was perfect. We would stay here again and again.

The host was very helpful and the apartment was great. Conveniently located near a water taxi stop to get to and from the airport easily and in a quiet area. Easy walk to many sites and great restaurants. Would love to visit again!

Parts of this apartment were really cute -- the back bedroom, the bathroom. The kitchen was definitely way tinier than expected. As short term rental owners we always find it is better to be honest and represent the property accurately than to create an illusion that can't be matched in real life. I would redo the front bedroom and make it more of a living room with a pullout bed and maybe a daybed. It could have been a cute place to hang out a bit but there was no real comfortable place to do so. We really appreciated your super responsiveness and proactivity -- our thought is getting your property to be in alignment with your great customer service. Thanks!
