The attic apartment is clean and allows for enough sunlight thanks to its five windows. All shutters work fine and you can have a dark room at night. All electronic appliances work properly, including the washing machine. The apartment is very quiet despite the busy Motilor street because the house is located in the courtyard. The bathroom and shower are clean and there are enough towels and sheets for bed blankets. Confortable pillows and bed. The wooden desk is large enough to work very comfortably, larger than at any hotel. Good communication with the staff when messaging over Booking.com. No need for special apps or mobile internet in order to enter the apartment. The kitchen is good enough to wash fruit, keep milk and cook scrambled eggs, but no more than that. In any case, you can always go the restaurants in the center (just a 5 min walk away from the central park or 10 minutes to the St. Michael's Cathedral) or, if you are like me for more than a week for work, I always recommend the restaurants from the municipality ("Cantina Primariei" or "Memo 10" on the same street as the apartment, approx. 7 minutes away), which offer healthy and variated food with the best price-value ratio in the whole city. If you want something more fancy yet traditional from Transylvania, then Zama is the best one, also close to the aparment. The next year when I come back I will try to book this attic apartment again.

Location is very good. Apartment is cozy and has everything you need.

Great location and price!

Not really a 2 bedroom apartment: there is a bedroom with single bed, but the double bed is in the kitchen/dining room where a couch probably used to be. Fine for us but worth knowing.

Bed was comfy, location is great (few minutes to bus station, a short walk to the park, 10 minutes to Union Square).

It is extremely noisy. Thin walls, you can hear anyone who moves around. A staff member just entered our room before 9 am. No knocking, no apologies. They just found a key and thought we've checked out. It scared the crap out of me. This never happened before. Nothing extra provided (like water, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc.). TV has very basic stations. The bathroom is very small. When we checked in after 2 pm, the floor was still wet and there was a strong smell of chlorine. When you enter the interior court it smelled like pee.
