The location is perfect for visiting Split old town, harbour, train and bus stations no more than 10mins walk.
For a studio apartment it is spacious and very well equipped.
Was very clean and bed large and comfortable.
Mirjana is a friendly and helpful host.
Would definitely stay again when back in Split.

La ubicación, sin duda. A escasos metros a pie de los puntos de interés de Split.
La plaza de aparcamiento es un poco complicada, ya que tienes que invadir la carretera para poder maniobrar para aparcar.

We really loved our stay! ❤️ The apartment has everything you could need for a few comfortable days in the city — a washing machine, fridge, air conditioning and all the little things that make you feel at home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the apartment was surprisingly quiet (or maybe I was just lucky 😂).
We did have a bit of an unexpected adventure because we were there during a very strong storm, which unfortunately caused some flooding in the apartment. Since the apartment is slightly below street level, there wasn’t really much that could have been done to prevent it, and obviously this was completely out of the host’s control.
What really stood out to us, though, was Mirjana. She was incredibly kind and concerned about us. She called to make sure we were okay, sent people to help us and later came to the apartment herself to check on us and see if we needed anything. She was genuinely caring and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable.
Things like that really make a difference when you’re travelling. Despite the unexpected storm and all the chaos it caused, we had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

La ubicación
Todo,departamento muy chico,incómodo,sin lugar para abrir las valijas,un armario chico y otro con llave cerrado,puerta de baño hinchada no cierra bien con picaporte suelto,falto limpieza en baño y pisos.
Catre incómodo para dormir,ruido en el depósito del baño todo el tiempo.
Lo único que salva la estadía es la excelente ubicación
