The location was perfect: quiet, easy to reach on foot, away from the crowds, close to groceries and dining. The view of the canal was lovely. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciated that they had olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few spices so we could easily prepare a few meals!
It's an upper-floor unit which means lots of stairs. Not a problem for us but it's important to know. The air conditioning worked very well and we slept comfortably but they did impact water pressure in the shower when running.

Nice and spacious apartment over looking the canal very quiet area.
Nice open plan kitchen with washing machine which was a bonus. In walking distance or take water taxi to all attractions.
You have to use stairs to get to the apartment.

Amazing location
Very tired, damp mildew smell in entrance way.
