Hotel Ostaniec

The front desk staff were very helpful, very thorough and very attentive - they went above and beyond when our spa booking time was changed, and even helped resolve an issue at the restaurant for us. The spa facilities themselves were more than welcome. We booked massages but even without that, the hot tub and sauna were a wonderful treat after a long hike.

Only a minor issue, but we did have a problem at the restaurant. I'm a native Polish speaker but my partner is not. When I was away from the table our server was visibly frustrated with her English and walked away from the table. This was almost immediately resolved by the front desk staff who noticed this (without us mentioning anything), so we were very appreciative of that.

Serdecznie polecamy!

Friendly staff, airconditioned rooms, tasty breakfast, restaurant on site, playground and pool, hiking trails nearby.

No grocery store withing walking distance.

Good location for visiting local sites.

Very poor restaurant. Breakfast equally disappointing. Very inattentive and disinterested staff. Breakfast buffet offerings not refreshed when depleted. The hotel tends to favour corporate events over visiting guests. I would definitely not return here and would consider alternative nearby accommodation.
