Close to town and where I had to be for work, bus and tram close by. Room was simple but comfortable. Very nice shower and clean. Decent breakfast. Great for a business trip!
The room was a little outdated - but still comfy! Also the faucet in the bathroom sink - it came out too far and was inconvenient when washing your face!

It was clean comfortable and the room was a good size
The bathroom was a disappointment for a chain hotel. it had a mixer tap with a shower head propped up in the corner that couldn’t be adjusted. There was no power and it ran hot and cold. Also the only full length mirror was on the back of the door so when you sat on the loo you looked at yourself in the mirror - not ideal

Staff and the environment
Breakfast as there is no English breakfast

Hotel is not too far from the station, and is in a nice locality. Rooms, service, staff, were all good. Rooms were nicely themed. Access to food, groceries, bus, cafe, meds etc is very easy.
Peak AC wasn't sufficient, even though it was an unusually warm day. The only Drinking water fountain was in the lobby. Many amenities were available but never declared clearly; one needs to go through the website to understand.
