The rooms were lovely with wonderful bedding and a roomy shower. The RIWA restaurant was quite lively. The location was perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants in the old town.

It was a bit tricky unloading our luggage because of the tight temporary parking at the entrance. We were able to park our car a few blocks down from the hotel in a spacious parking lot which was pretty convenient.

Great location, quirky but nice decor. Great breakfast selection. Quiet room despite being street facing. Friendly staff. Excellent all around.

The hotel is cute and comfortable. It is centrally located in Fussen and it’s easy to get to shopping and area attractions. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Not all of the rooms are air conditioned which was a misunderstanding on our part— read through descriptions on each room to determine if it offered. Most of the days were cool enough to keep the windows open but the street is noisy with people up late and street cleaners going early in the morning.

The location was excellent, very close to the train station and the central area, which made everything easy to reach. The hotel itself had a charming look and feel. Inside the room, I appreciated the little sofa area under the window, which offered a nice view and was a pleasant spot to relax.

The room we were given was extremely small. The washbasin was inside the room itself, the shower area was separated only by a curtain, and the toilet was in a separate small room, which made the setup feel impractical and lacking privacy. There wasn’t enough space to even comfortably open a small suitcase. For a 4-star hotel, I also expected some small touches like snacks or amenities in the room, but even the toilet paper wasn’t placed inside the toilet room, which felt odd.
