No fridge in the room No room facilities to make a tea or coffee

Hotel staff was excellent. Immediately felt their pride of ownership and pro-active approach to help guests feel welcomed and appreciated. All our needs were met. Room was very comfortable and so glad to have air conditioning in the room. ++ Much appreciated it that I could get a load of laundry done at the hotel. That meant a refresh of clean socks and underwear in the middle of our 2-week trip through Germany/Sweden. Wish all hotels offered a mini-laundry mat on premises for travelers.

Can't think of one thing I needed but didn't get.

Friendly staff, especially manager! Great breakfast, including a glass of Sekt on my birthday.!Cleanliness!

Glass door on bathroom, view from room, extra payment for car park.

Staff were amazing, Great location. Felt homely. Loved everything
