Hotel Erika

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich unserem Sohn gegenüber. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster schwer zu öffnen und Dusche war unkomfortabel.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu i kameralny klimat w barze/restauracji. Pokój, w którym spaliśmy był bardzo duży a łóżka w miarę wygodne. Obok hotelu sklep spożywczy, hotelowy parking i liczne gastronomie, ale okolica bardzo spokojna za dnia i po zmroku. Do kolejki linowej na górę Medvedin około 15 minut spaceru.

Nie mogliśmy otworzyć okna, żeby przewietrzyć. Wyglądało na zamknięte na stałe.

Perfect location in the center. Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. Shop in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was really good and we enjoy them. Staff was nice to us (at least before our last day) and we appreciate sauna as well. Location was in the middle of the Spindleruv mlyn which is also good.

I can not tell the same about our room. It smells like cigarets, the place was noisy and I never ever had worser sleep in my life than in this accomodation. Please do something about those beds and especially your pillows. They are terrible, definitely not comfortable. Also, checkout was at 11. Please do not knock on our door before. We know that we need to leave. We pay for that and if you want sooner checkout let us know day before. It was not polite and we did not like this approach. It is a hotel! After this experience I think that we could have more privacy and comfort in a tent! But it was not as bad as it sounds.
