Everything was great for a very short stay.

The room is big enough and fairly equipped. Beds are quite comfortable.

Payment only with cash. The managing guy came to my room to collect the money at 10PM..... Private parking spaces are only an illusion - in fact they're all taken by the locals. I had to park my car 200 meters from the building.

We had a great stay in Zagreb! The apartment was excellent — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Zagreb!

The photos are beautiful and accurately represent the property, which is pleasant and functional.

Unfortunately, the stay was seriously affected by a constant and very unpleasant smell, apparently coming from the septic tank or sewage system. It could not be reduced even by keeping all the windows open. There were also a large number of mosquitoes and flies around the house, and I personally suffered numerous mosquito bites. I reported this to the host, but he completely denied noticing the problem. No mosquito repellent device was available. The bed linen was torn and full of holes, and the mattress was only about 9 cm thick, so it was not particularly comfortable. The kitchen was also not really functional: apart from the kettle, I could not get the cooker to work properly. As a Zagreb resident, I was again charged the tourist tax as if I were a foreign visitor, which I found inappropriate. The host was formally polite, but when paying for an additional night, I would expect at least the room to be cleaned and the towels changed.
