location, cleanness, amenities, facilities, silence while the place is very central, comfy beds, host communication, there was some tea, coffee capsules, shampoo, even some spices, sunflower oil etc - I always appreciate it from the hosts

no balcony, therefore the sea view is only partial - you have to look out the window to see it

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were always friendly, responsive, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also great. The Old Town is within easy walking distance, and Banje Beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would be happy to stay here again.

Vedran is very helpful! The apartment is nice and cosy. The location is close to the road — perfect if you have kids or have lots of suitcases. There is a supermarket nearby and it’s also walking distance to the Old Town.

Wifi didn’t work properly, so we just used our own data.

It was a good hike from the top of the hill. It was an good value for the location.

The drains in Croatia are foul smelling when not used regularly. As a result the hallway leading to the apartment houses the washer and was quite smelly. It's just something we are not accustomed to.
