We loved our stay at the Bat Barn. The location, decor, wide open skies, and accommodations were absolutely perfect. The hosts communicated well and there were people on location who welcomed us and answered all questions. The location is perfectly situated to explore all of the southern part of Lake Balaton and Heviz. Thank you for an unforgettable visit. We look forward to returning. We loved visiting with the dogs as well as we were missing our four legged friends.

I was in charge of booking our family of 5 adults accommodation for a trip of a lifetime. I googled interesting accommodation in Hungary and found the Bat Barn and had to book it. After an interesting drive in we arrived at the barn and were not disappointed!! The place is incredible and in a delicious section of the countryside! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is stunning and for us Canadians the grounds were fabulous at that time of year. Everything you could need is inside and with the Loki Csarda a short drive away we were in heaven. The pictures do it justice and if you could capture an image of the milky way above at night it's something everyone should experience! We were sad to leave and would stay again with a group of people. Kisses to the watch dogs, they were the best!
