Spadici 92 b is info pult, I was not in Apartments Leon, but in private house, on different adress
- I was not located on an adress written in an add on booking
-I was shocked coming to Špadići 92 b to get only a suspucious confirmation for payment for accomodation tax (with a stamp from Apartments Palma, and without my name or surname and it is so called payment for paying taxes)
- the adress was different than the one written during my reservation (I was located in Beramska street, Vranići)
- nobody contacted me about changing the adress in time to cancel the accomodation because it was completely different than I expected according to information given on booking website (on Špadići 92 b is only some kind of information pult, not a place to settle in)
-the man giving me completely different info was rude and gave me on 4th of August an opportunity to cancel my payment (and it is clearly said on booking that cancellation on the 4th gives me NONE of te refund)
-I was not accomodated in Apartments Leon, but in a private house, in a separate bedroom with a use of bathroom
-I was not in City of Porec, but in Vranići

The worst experience with the apartment from booking.com ever.
The owner told me that I had to pay some tax in cash. even though I already paid everything with a card for 1 week when I booked. I didn't understand what it was. He seemed like he didn't expect that I came so that the room was not clean. The floor was so dusty. Many big spiders were in the room. The fridge was broken. There was no bed sheet. There were ticks in the bed and I was bitten a lot. Wi-Fi was not working at all, it was broken, but I was not informed about it in advance. The owner didn't tell me anything about it at the reception even he knew it. He said he will fix it when I asked about it the next morning, but it never happened for one week. Water flooded from the drains in the bathroom, flooding the floor of the bedroom. I could not use the shower for a few days in my room. I had to use the shower in the other room. (Not the room that I stayed). I had very bad experiences here. I decided to leave this apartment one day earlier than I booked and asked the owner to return money for one day, but he said that he couldn't because he had no money for it, booking.com had money from me and he just ignored it. It doesn't make any sense for me at all. He didn't give me any compensation. I never recommend this apartment to anyone.
