The apartment was really big and everything worked well.

I was immediately struck by how clean, modern, and comprehensive my room and all the facilities were. The adjoining restaurant served excellent food, and I really appreciated having a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a laundromat so close at hand. The staff also spoke excellent English, and were very patient, professional, and accommodating - they even allowed me to store some belongings on site for a week in between separate bookings that I'd made with them, which was extremely helpful. All in all, my booking was an absolute bargain, and I'd definitely consider returning if I find myself in Krakow again.

Given that the property features apartment-style rooms (with kitchenettes, etc.), many of the services on offer would be wasted on a solo traveller like me who's only planning on staying a maximum of two nights. To really feel like I was getting the most out of my time there, it would've been nice if I could've stayed for longer. Moreover, the beds were perfectly adequate for my purposes, but perhaps a little small - and therefore disappointing, considering how large and comfortable the rest of the room was. Lastly, while there's a tram that goes to the city centre just a few minutes' walk away, it's quite a long ride, so travellers looking to do some sightseeing will need to take that into account - especially as there isn't much of note for tourists in the immediate area.

The location of the hotel is really good. Direct tram & bus routes to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable. They offered a rich breakfast.

The room was a bit noisy at the weekend. I had specifically requested that my breakfast be prepared for takeaway, but unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. I was therefore unable to collect my breakfast, despite being assured in advance that it would be ready for pickup. Incompetent staff. Very disappointing.....
