It’s near the pedestrian zone.

The apartment is quite big, ideal for two people. The situation is really good, near the city center (it takes only 15 minutes or so to reach the marina on foot).

The hostess had forgotten to leave me the keys in the box, so I sent her a message and she left them afterwards. The apartment is in the 4th floor, but the lift didn't work, and it wasn't repaired during my stay (2 nights). Even if it had been working, the first time you go to the apartment you have to climb the stairs till the 4th floor (with your luggage if you go alone). This would be easily fixed by leaving the box on the ground floor. Besides, there wasn't enough toilet paper (not even a whole roll for 2 days).

The room.is.small for 4 people, but the beds ar confrtable. The room isn't light , no outside view. The lkcatiin is ok

The highlight of this stay is definitely the central location—it's in a great spot for getting around Trieste. That said, there are a few practical drawbacks. Communication before arrival was very limited, and check-in instructions arrived right at 4:00 PM rather than in advance. Street parking on Via della Ginnastica is very difficult to find due to heavy traffic. The unit is also quite small for three adults; once the second bed is unfolded, space for luggage is very tight. A small addition like a electric kettle or a toaster would also be appreciated. Overall, a good spot for the location, but best suited for lighter travelers.
