Near the beach
Not enough toiletries.

Everything. Great landlady, Zehra was fantastic, always happy, and helpful, answered our requests soon and kindly. Close to the beach and good swimming pool.
Maybe only one thing: airconditioner is only in the living room, not in the bedroom (but Zehra bought a ventillator /fan immediately as it was extreme hot... thank you!!!!)

Location is ok if you like to stay at one place and just relax. If you would like to roam around a bit than not so much. There are multiple beaches nearby that are really cosy and nice. The pool was really nice and the host was amazing!
Not worth the money in our opinion, we had dishwasher but nothing to wash dishes with, not even dish soap, we were there for 2 nights only and we couldn't wash any dishes. When we arrived "our parking" was taken and we ended up parking on the street. Air condition is working but you can't open hinges as it should be, also it's located only in the living room and there is no air in the bed room
If you are arriving with the car and using google maps double check if the address is correct. We first arrived to Umag but the apartment is in Zambratija.
