Good location, clean, prompt responses from the host.

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay! There was someone waiting for us to arrive and she took time to show us all the amenities and directions. The host was kind enough to allow us to keep our bags in the property after check out until it was time for us to travel. The apartment is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a wonderful and convenient location in Florence. I highly recommend it!

We had an outstanding stay in Florence and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Nelani was one of the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had—responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.The apartment itself was excellent. It was very spacious, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot.We experienced absolutely no issues during our stay and would gladly return. We highly recommend both the apartment and Nelani as a host to anyone visiting Florence.

This is a very large and clean apartment in a great central location but not really a palace as advertised. There is artwork from 6th graders framed on the walls and bathrooms are small with weak showers.The host communication and check in and check out were great- no problems there.Apartment lacked dryer as advertised so we were stuck with wet towels for 3 days. Bsic amenities such as salt, coffee, milk and bottled water- just a small amount to make one feel welcome were lacking. Comfortable and convenistay but nothing flash and not a palace.
