The Best Place We Have Ever Rented — We Will Absolutely Return!**We have traveled extensively and rented many apartments, but this one stands in a category entirely its own. This apartment is exceptional in every way. Bright spaces and gorgeous marble throughout, stunning bathrooms, and an incredible shower with high power spray you will linger in. Light-tight electric shutters on every window mean you can sleep in blissfully undisturbed — we slept deeply every night. Immaculately clean in every corner. Thoughtful details everywhere: night lights in the hallway, phone charging plugs by the bed, excellent AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.The hosts are extraordinary — warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in your stay. Before arrival they sent detailed guidance on local art, food, and day trips, and the apartment is stocked with books and cookbooks to inspire you. They truly looked out for us at every turn.The location is perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. A hidden gem pizza spot right outside makes fresh pizza to order — we returned repeatedly. Bar Milano nearby has the most wonderful owner and the best coffee in Bologna — our cherished morning ritual. A bus stop right outside the door puts the whole city within reach, and easy train access made day trips to Modena and Parma effortless.Between long walks exploring Bologna we loved simply being here — it felt like home. Great location, easily walkable from station and Bologna centre. Apartment in pristine condition and elegantly furnished and decorated, very stylish. Kitchen really well appointed. Lovely hosts, great communication, amazing range of guide sheets available about Italy in general and Bologna specifically. Easy and welcoming check-in. Lovely touch with the clocks (no spoiler here). A brilliant base to make the most of Bologna.

My wife and I stayed here for a month this year. I don't think we could have picked a better property to stay at. The apartment is spacious and everything was in order. It was quiet and is perfectly located. Our walk to the train station was about 12 minutes and the walk to Piazza Maggiore was about 15 minutes. A supermarket was a block and a half away. Roberto met us outside when we first arrived by taxi from the airport and helped us get a taxi for our return trip to the airport. We had a great time here and I'd highly recommend this apartment.

We have traveled extensively in Italy from the US and this apartment exceeded our expectations! We were there with 4 adults and one child. The setup worked great for us and we appreciated the crib and highchair for our granddaughter. The apartment is ideally located in Bologna, equal walking distance between major attractions like Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers and the train station for our day trips. The space was bright, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with a gorgeous primary bathroom with a huge shower and a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable large beds. The bedrooms had automatic black out blinds so sleeping was peaceful and quiet.Roberto was wonderful—quick to respond, helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions and provided great instructions for everything in the apartment He genuinely wanted us to have a great vacation! The neighborhood felt safe, quiet and authentic, giving us a real sense of daily life in Bologna. PAN and COOP grocers were both a short walk as was a cute park for our granddaughter with a gelato stop on the way back. . Highly recommended Roberto and the apartment for anyone visiting the city!
