The apartment was perfectly located on top of the slopes and very close to restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised by the cooking facilities which meant that we could eat in a few nights. The space was a bit tight for five adults, but the location was superb. The door to the apartments wasn’t clearly signposted and we circled the building several times only to finally get advice from the ski shop next door. We were delayed getting to the accommodation and the host was helpful in coordinating the key.

The very best of views that you can get in Val Thorens with a big balcony, it was amazing. Apartment is big enough, and there is all the kitchen supplies you need. Drawbacks were a lot of noise from the street at night, very limited storage space for clothes, the lack of WiFi, and the fact that it wasn’t possible to get bed linen, so we had to bring our own.

3 of us stayed here over new year. Couldn’t wish for a better position to enjoy the NYE celebrations. Good size balcony to enjoy sunshine in the daytime with spectacular views of the mountains and also enjoy the evening bustle of the main square. The apartment was very nicely decorated and gave everything we needed. Good sleeping space. Nice kitchen/bathroom. So close to shops, ski hire, the mountain. I would warn of late night noise from passers by in the square so ear plugs are a must. However it wouldn’t stop me staying here again. Highly recommend.

The Apartment has a fantasic view and is very well located, easy to park to unload and warm afternoon's watching the skiers and pepole in town is loverly to do. Very good location for two people.The main double bed is fine, but you cant walk around it due to the room shape. There might be 5 beds in this apartment, but no space for 5 peoole at night and there empty luggage cases. The boiler only offers 2 baths other wise, it will run out of hot water. The main sofas is a pull out bed, so not comfortable to sit on and if more than 2 in the room, the others are on wooden stools. This apartment can sleep 5, but nights in would be interesting if full, but this is very typical of a french apartment. Its valued / costed by how many it sleeps, not many can relax in comfort at night.The main sliding doors do not shut correctly as there is a gap at the top, so a cold draft always coming in at night, plus the noise from the night club when people come out from 4am. If you're a light sleeper you will wake up, we did most nights. The dish washer is not secured in place and wont open fully, nearly falls over when you try to open the door. Easy to fix for the owners, the plinth is to high, needs lowering. The Ski locker door dont lock. I hope the owners fix the small issues, as i only make theses points to help them know what maintenance is needed. Over all, a well located apartment in a fantastic resort, suited to a couples or young family.
