House is built 2014, 1 of 3 row houses, located 150 meters from the sea. Magnificent panoramic view of Adriatic sea in Cavtat, beautiful village 10 minutes from Dubrovnik airport. 4 floors, of which 3 are for rent (appr 160 m2), high quality materials and standard. Suitable for 4-8 persons. Cavtat was listed 3rd on Forbes list of 20 safest vacation destinations the summer 2020. Nominated for both best and safest destination in Europe 2021:

Spectacular unbroken seaview, 1st line to the sea.
High quality building materials and equipment. Italian tiles in bathrooms and floors. Floor heating. Oak floor in bedrooms. A / C, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, WiFi (free). Jacuzzi. Terraces facing sea with grill area.
Brac stone on stairs in- and outdoor. Good parking for 3 cars on private parking.
3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 or which facing sea. Permanent double beds (180 cm) in 2 bedrooms, adjustable bed (80/160 cm) in one bedroom. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 toilet.
2nd floor: Living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Bed sofa (2 x 110 cm). Open planning. Panoramic sea view and big balcony facing sea.
1st floor: Living room, jacuzzi, bath room. Useful as x: a bedroom (2 extra beds available). Facing ocean with exit to large terrace. Terrace with sitting groups, dining tables, and separate grill area.
Prices include tourist tax, bed linen, towels for use in house, electricity, water. Mandatory end of stay cleaning 150€.

The scenery was amazing, the house had loads of room, and the caretaker, Bozo went out of his way to help us whenever he could, with places fir meals, tours, etc.
