A villa located in a hilly area nestled among vineyards in complete tranquility, with a splendid view of the lake. Its strategic location allows for quick access to both the numerous amusement parks (Gardaland, Caneva World, Zoo Safari) and the area’s major cities of art, such as Verona and Mantua, as well as popular tourist destinations like Lazise, Bardolino, Garda, and Peschiera.
Large porch, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, garage, and a large garden with lush vegetation.
The house is heated by pellet stoves and fireplaces.
For each additional guest beyond the first 10, the charge is €15 per night.

Interesting Villa Real quiet. Communication Good

My first priority was being able to host a large rehearsal dinner for my sons’s wedding. It worked out perfectly! Communication was frequent and I found the owner very easy to work with and very accommodating! The only problem we encountered was with a dog on the property (bite) but that too was handled quickly and professionally. Truly would love to come back

Was excellent for our family of grandparents, parents and kids. Good location, was very quiet but could get to places - but needed a car.
