Location was what I expected, near the Giardini. The place was clean and comfortable.
The shower in the middle floor was problematic. The water had a strange flow and flooded the bathroom

The location was perfect for Biennale visit- far from the central attractions crowds but near the Gardens and Arsenale. It could be perfect for 2 couples.
A few sharp knifes and scissors would be perfect addition for the kitchen.

Lage ist perfekt.
Wohnung 2 in der ersten Etage war ok
Wohnung 1 unten im Souterrain war eine Zumutung, besonders für ältere Personen.
Licht konnte nicht vom Bett ausgeschaltet werden, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und keine Lampen am Bett, keine Wasser- u. zahnputzgläser vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns wie in einem Behelfsheim. Die großzügige Beurteilung in Ihrem Angebot entspricht auf keinen Fall der Tatsache. Vielleicht sollten Sie ehrlicherweise differenzieren!
