Everything was handled very professionally from the beginning. Shortly after arriving in Kraków, I had to make a last-minute booking due to an unexpected issue with my original accommodation. Within only a few minutes of making this reservation, I was contacted and received all the necessary check-in and key access information. The quick and efficient communication immediately gave me a very positive impression.
The apartment is very centrally located, so I was able to explore Kraków on foot without needing public transport. It was also very clean, comfortable and well prepared for my stay.
I especially appreciated the small details, such as the coffee machine, coffee and sugar, which made it possible to enjoy a peaceful coffee in the morning. The living room is bright and receives plenty of natural sunlight during the day, which made the apartment feel even more pleasant.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this apartment.
