This new luxury apartment of 60 m², with a capacity of 2 to 4 people, is ideally located near the E25 motorway towards Maastricht, Aachen, Tongeren and a few minutes from the historic city center from the fiery city of Liège and the Guillemins train station erected by the architect Santiago Calatrava.
Fully furnished in a vintage and contemporary style, it includes a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and bar, a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. The living room has a comfortable convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
The living room and the kitchen open onto a large terrace and a mature garden.
You will benefit from the green environment in a newly renovated apartment, located at the back of the house. Lateral access by wide stairs with ramp.

We enjoyed to stay at this place. The terrace offers a nice view of the garden. The apartment is well furnished. The design makes it comfortable and welcoming.

We really enjoyed staying in Liege , Wallonie. Ann & Jean-Marc's property was very comfortable and a great location to travel to Maastricht and Brussels. The Sunday market in Liege was worth a visit and the Montagne de Bueren 374 staircase, which dates back to 1881- great view of Liege from the top.

We traveled with two kids under age 7. The backyard was a wonderful addition. We ate outside and made full use of the quiet backyard. Beds were comfy. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Easy street parking and bus access. Also very easy to get to the main station.
