Massimo was a amazing Host, the apartment was centrally located, so much to see within walking distance, but remember this is the heart of the city, so be ready for noise and traffic

A very well presented apartment, clean and comfortable. Superb location for seeing all the sights and really easy to navigate to and from them. Massimo was a great host with lost of really good restaurant recommendations. The number of stairs to the apartment is easily mitigated by the lovely terrace! Thank you Massimo, a great stay.

Wonderful welcome, easy check in and beautiful base for five days in Palermo. Ballarò market is around the corner, and fabulous hanging out on the roof deck. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, as described. It is very close to the train station on the via Maqueda. Its location means that there is quite a bit of street noise. I specifically asked Massimo about this, and was assured that it wouldn't be a problem, as the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment. Both the person with whom I shared the apartment and I, however found that there was just as much street noise in the bedrooms as in the living room at the front of the apartment. We both had to sleep with the windows closed and with ear plugs. In addition, some kind of electrical unit sits on the side of the building right beside the living room wall; we could hear the hum of that machine all day and night. Despite these drawbacks, we did like the apartment which is spacious and centrally located. I just wish I had been told that in fact noise is an issue when I specifically inquired about it.
