Location is great, in a quiet area, almost on the canal, with a few local trattorias nearby. 4 min walk to Giardini Biennale vaporetto stop or 9 min walk to St Pietro di Castello vaporetto stop. Or around 22 min walk to St Marco. There is another big split level/loft bedroom , apart from the main bedroom & sitting room sofa bed. Kitchen is generous size, but we haven’t used anything in it.
Mattresses on the loft & sofa bed are too soft & flimsy, it would be a much better comfort if they gave better support. Some things were quite dusty (eg.lampshades, shelves) but we were not too bothered.
