The host was very communicative and addressed our needs throughout very well. Overall we were comfortable when windows were open at night for a nice breeze. It was a private basement apartment which took us a bit by surprise as there is no view but it was more than compensated by the view outside and the meticulous garden and private patio. There was good TV service selection and the place was very clean and spacious.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti e ci siamo trovati Benissimo in tutto proprietari molto gentili appartamento nuovo dotato di tutti i confort qui vicino c'è un ristorante 🍴� pizzeria molto bello per volare ✈ e con il parapendio escursioni in bicicletta 🚵� e molto vicino a Venezia. Die Souterrain-Wohnung ist günstig und ruhig gelegen. Der Zugang ist über einen Freisitz, den man zum Frühstücken/Essen oder Enstspannen benutzen kann. Bettwäsche wird gestellt, Handtücher leider nicht. Der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile ist groß, das Schlafzimmer eher klein. Das Bad mit Dusche ist top und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Im Kochbereich ist leider nur das allernotwendigste an Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Backofen und Mikrowelle sind neu und sauber, Spülmaschine und Dunstabzugshaube fehlen. Das Zubereiten von einfachen und Fertiggerichten ist möglich, richtig kochen eher nicht. Der Vermieter Alessandro ist äußerst freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit.
