Ortigia Boutique Terrace Apt is a 140 sqm apt on the 3rd floor with elevator with a great panoramic terrace with sea and roofs view, located in the best part of Siracusa: 300 m far from Ortigia island and only 10 min walk to the Archeological Park. 3 master bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living. Outdoor furniture.
Parking for free is allowed in the streets around the apt.
Perfect base for visiting Siracusa, Val di Noto, Mt Etna and Sicily. Ideal for families, large groups or friends.

The highlight of this property is the rooftop terrace and the proximity to Ortigia. The home was spacious and comfortable with three large bedrooms. It is in an area that doesn't have a lot of noise at night and the views of the water are fantastic.

Great property for enjoying the sea and visiting with family/friends. Terrace over the water connects nicely with kitchen for great entertaining. Rooms clean and comfortable as were bathrooms. Only regret might be the lack of AC in two of four bedrooms. There is a hallway AC that gives some cool air. Was not a problem for us as weather was pleasant but could be uncomfortable. Unit was clean but complex could use some tidying up as well. Overall great place.

Perfect location very close to Ortyga. Very nice apartment on top floor with a great view. All worked well except one of the bathroom which had shower drainage issue. The Wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms. Park at the Gelone parking close by €20 per day.

The location was ideal for seeing Syracuse and Ortigia. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The roof patio is wonderful. The Air Conditioning really saved the day while we were there. Overall it is a fantastic place.
Unfortunately the shower and toilet in one bathroom were not usable. We contacted the owners and they were not able to get them fixed while we were there, and did not follow up with us. When we returned home we tried to contact them a couple of times but there was no answer, even after several days.
If it's in good repair, this is a nice place. If not, still a nice place, but less so.
