On the ground floor are located the living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet bathroom,

Ivana is a wonderful hostess. Our week stay with our 12 family members (8 adults and 4 children) was terrific. The Villa has plenty of room for everyone and it was very comfortable. The infinity pool with it's spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and Croatian Mountains around the quaint little seaside town of Mlini is gorgeous. Thank you... Villa Ivana!

This rental meets every expectation. The pool, rooms, and entire house are just incredible. We had 6 people and it was more than enough space for us. The location is perfect and we had no problem walking up and down the hill into town for meals at the many restaurants close by. You could take an Uber but it's honestly more trouble than just walking the well marked trail with mostly stairs. The best thing about this place is Ivana, the host. She is completely tuned in to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay. She is incredibly responsive, and meets every need of her guests. I can't speak highly enough of her. Our entire group commented that she was just lovely. She even gave me a little gift for my birthday. Don't hesitate on booking this place.

Amazing property and a very responsive host. Ivana offered help all around, malfunctioning washing machine was replaced the same day. The view from this villa is absolutely terrific.

I can only say its even better than it looks and Evana is the best host ever, whatever you need she will help with. Josip who drove us everywhere is a super guy they are both so friendly and helpful, nothing is very too much trouble. I can't wait to go back.
