Everything was great. Room was clean and quite. Hotel is just next to Koukaki district which is lovely area with a lot of restaurants and cafes.

Room was sufficiently large, with a decent desk to work on. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK.
There was too much noise from the outside. Music from a nearby club, motorcycles racing along the main road, police sirens... bring ear plugs or you won't be able to sleep. Also, the door of the minibar has a glass front, which casts a bright blue light in the room. I had to put a towel over it to darken the room.
Pillows were way too high (or thick) and no alternatives were available. Staff did however deliver extra bath towels to use as a thinner pillow.
Breakfast was nothing special and the regular coffee was pretty bad. Espresso or cappuccino was only available at extra cost.
