One thing lacking is no laundry facilities available on premises. Otherwise fantastic!

Except for the distance from the center the apartment was exceeding our expectations with 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms and a quite large living area with a very well equipped kitchen.
All members of my family from 6 to 75 years old were very happy renting it.
