- The location is excellent, close to a small and nice beach.
- The balcony is great; it's spacious and has shade almost all day.
- The size of the apartment is good.
- During the night it was quiet.
- Parking available on-site.
- Kitchen was well equipped and seemed recently renovated.
- There were quite some mosquitos, but no mosquito nets in the windows.
- There was a sewer/stale water smell in the bathroom.
- WIFI was very weak and intermittently unavailable.
- The apartment and especially the bedroom require a new paint job.
- Some of the furniture and decorations are dated.

Partir.
