Hotel’s staff has to pay attention to the quality of bedding

We had 2 issues in the evening and staff was very helpful next morning.

The evening we arrived our bedsheets had foul smell so we couldn’t use pillows and blankets. We had to make smth from our clothes for the first night. Next morning cleaning lady changed them, however, first night was very uncomfortable. Also the mattress should be changed as it is so soft that it becomes impossible for two people to sleep on it - someone will always roll over. And we would recommend to move parking blockers so only clients could park there. As now blockers located in a way, that anyone can park there

Very good, very convenient!

The room was very clean. Check-in was very convenient. The location was very suitable, 20min walk from the Hbf.

Very good, no suggestions for improvement.

Do not recommend staying on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. There are many people and noise there

I spent four nights in the apartment. It is well cleaned and always kept in order. If there are no people living in the other rooms, it's actually a pleasant place to stay.

One significant drawback of the apartment is its inadequate sound insulation. The floor comprises five rooms, all of which open into a shared corridor. Unfortunately, any movement from a room into the corridor is clearly audible to all residents, which compromises privacy and comfort. To improve the living experience, it is recommended that the owner invest in proper soundproofing measures. This should include replacing the current doors with sound-insulating models and applying acoustic plaster to the room walls. Additionally, the corridor floor creaks noticeably, further contributing to noise issues. Renovating the flooring and covering it with carpet or a similar sound-absorbing material would be a valuable improvement. The room lacks power outlets. The existing ones are located far from the bed. The extension cord provided by the owner is very short and doesn’t reach the bed. I kindly ask the owner to provide a proper extension cord.

A lot of noises which made me feel bad, noises are from the traffic on the street, since it is very close to a busy street; noises are also from other guesters, since there are a few bedrooms in this apartment, and there might be 2 guests of each roomn, quality of the door is just so so, therefore…… a lot of noises
