Great location close to downtown. There’s a path next to the house that leads to the road straight into downtown and is only about a 5 minute walk. Great spot for a group stay and the communication was great. Only thing we wish they provided was laundry detergent. But other than that it’s a great spot and beautiful house.

Beautiful Home. It was a perfect location for our families. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not heating up and the host got someone out to fix it right away. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

We had a ski wonderful vacation with a group of families staying in this beautiful home! This home is spacious and beautiful but also cozy. There were plenty of beds for our group of 13 people with 6 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 10 to 15. We loved the spacious kitchen for cooking and eating with a large group, and spacious but cozy living room for watching the Olympics after a day of skiing. The kids especially loved the outdoor hot tub and the pool table on the lower level. The location of the house was convenient to town (0.5 mile walk) or skiing (walk to free bus or drive to parking at the gondola for Breckenridge, and 1 hour drive to Keystone, Copper and Vail). We had great communication with the Invited Homes team through text messaging during our stay, and they quickly resolved 2 small problems that arose with the house during our stay which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay at this property again for a group trip!

House blew away all expectations, highly recommend for big groups. Kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating areas to unwind after a big day out in Breck.
