It’s location.
I couldn’t find an iron but saw an ironing board.

Location and staff
1) Initially we booked a room for 3 people. There was no bedsheets for the third person when we came.. staff didn't help with all of it at the first evening..
2) the shower didn't work
3) there was no iron and we asked for it for almost 2 days.
4) there was no cupboard for clothes which is quite uncomfortable

Fridge and microwave, some hangers, ok bed.
Ground floor, pretty hot room in the summer, you can hear cars and walking people talking in the street, so to sleep you'll need earplugs. Also door has a piece of glass which allows for a light from motion detector lamp, so every time someone walks by, you get a flash of light in your face if you're sleeping on the side towards the door.
A few more hangers would be nice.
