Lokaciju smo vrlo brzo pronašle, a preuzimanje ključa bilo je izuzetno jednostavno, kao i sam checkout. Generalno smo bile veoma zadovoljne boravkom. Bilo je dovoljno peškira i posteljine, a kuhinja je bila dobro opremljena. Kao mali „extra mile“, bilo bi lepo da su na raspolaganju bili osnovni proizvodi poput šećera, kafe ili čaja. Jedina stvar koju treba imati u vidu jeste parking, jer može biti malo nezgodno pronaći parking u blizini. Najbliži javni parking koji smo pronašle bio je udaljen oko 3,5 km, pa je to svakako nešto što vredi uzeti u obzir prilikom dolaska. Sve u svemu, bile smo veoma zadovoljne i rado bismo ponovo boravile ovde.

Jedina stvar koju bih izdvojila jeste parking, jer ga je prilično teško pronaći u neposrednoj blizini i praktično je jedina opcija javna garaža.

Prostranost apartmana, lep i udoban nameštaj, kao i dobro opremljena kuhinja. Lokacija je odlična, u blizini svega što vam je potrebno tokom boravka u Sarajevu.

Odličan smeštaj, ali bez klima-uređaja. Morali smo da držimo prozore otvorene, dok su se pijani tinejdžeri raspravljali i galamili ispod našeg prozora. Spavaća soba nema prozor, pa tokom toplih dana praktično sve mora da bude otvoreno, što znači da nema mnogo privatnosti.

В самом центре, но на тихой боковой улочке. Отдельный вход. Все удобства. Все отлично работает. Спать тихо, кровать ОЧЕНЬ мягкая. Очень чисто Магазины и кафе рядом. Торговый центр и остановки трамвая в 5 минутах ходьбы. До центральной улицы 5-7 минут пешком. Были 23-29 сентября. Очень понравилось. Чудесный хозяин Мирсад, который встретил нас в аэропорту, все рассказал, показал и провожал нас обратно

Great location, close to old town and airport bus. Check-in was easy. Mirsad met us on arrival with the keys and showed us how to work the hot water, tv, windows, and other amenities. The apartment was fairly clean and comfortable.

We had an issue with the locks during the middle of our stay. We weren't able to completely unlock the front door with the key and were locked out of the apartment for a few hours. One of the bottom locks was jammed and you could hear two disengage, but the third would not. We reported this to Mirsad with video to show what was happening. He ended up calling out a locksmith who was able to get inside and fix the issue. Ok, things happen. The real problem was how Mirsad handled the situation. First he blamed us for locking an interior lock, told us that he had been put out trying to find a locksmith last minute and frustrated it cost him double the money. Then he told us that we should pay for part of the locksmith cost. What?! I protested, but he was so frustrated that in the end I just gave him 50KM, because I was exhausted, my stuff was inside, and wanted to make the problem go away. Look, I get that it was an inconvenience and frustrating for everyone. We were locked out for 4 hours! The interior lock that was allegedly the issue was functioning fine when we left (because we were able to leave), so we take issue with being blamed. However, If you don't want your guests to use that lock, say so. Put a sign near the lock. Don't blame the guests for faulty locks after the fact and then shake them down because you were inconvenienced. It really turned an otherwise great stay into a sour one.
