The staff were amazing! They did everything in their power to help us, including booking tickets and dealing with grab deliveries for us, and taking us to places with their hotel driver. They made our family feel safe, and always made sure that we had everything we needed! They showed us great kindness, and provided us with some beautiful gifts and memories, after we showed our gratitude by providing some gifts to the team. The best customer service from the most beautiful people we’ve met on our Vietnam trip.

The apartment had everything we needed (most importantly washing machine directly in the room) and the staff was super helpful and friendly!

We have stayed in the past before it switched owners. not exactly what we were expecting, however the location we love, close to all the places we enjoy going and at night it transforms into a food (snails and other) street directly across from the hotel. even in the morning the food is great there and really always busy but not so loud. washer and dryer in the room is a huge plus. The staff is really the highlight.
unfortunately I think they have let some things go. we stayed in a one bedroom and the smell of mold was so intense I had to ask to move, the staff was amazing and immediately tried to fix the problems. the pool was not available to use and in general the smell of mold is throughout the place. The two bedroom was way better but still I couldn’t stay there for long with the smell never dissipating enough to not need allergy medicine.
