This property is beautiful. Great amenities with a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway. Can't say enough positive things about the house and property. However, the management company OIA leaves little to be desired. The backyard was loaded with dog poop and a hose issue out on the dock. OIA answered our texts immediately and nobody from OIA ever showed up to help.

The rental was perfect for our week vacation. Spent lots of time out on the deck looking at the Intercoastal waterway. The fenced yard was awesome for our dog. The house had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was so peaceful to look out at the water and watch the wildlife and boats go by. Thank you.
