The Resident Covent Garden

The location, room and cleanliness were all great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fifty pounds they hold on check in took weeks to be released back to my card

The staff were so kind and helpful as soon as we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect! We walked to almost everything. The Covent Garden was super special. But also close to Piccadilly and various other areas. And if you don’t like to walk there was a subway close by. Our room was wonderful. We had a great view of the main street. Lots of storage for the space we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Covent Garden is a great place to stay - in the middle of everything; Rooms were a good size and stylishly decorated. We really appreciated the kitchenette area that had a Brita water faucet, mini-fridge, microwave, plates, glasses. Greeted with a card, bottle of wine and balloons for birthday celebration. Can't say enough about the front desk staff. They helped us out with restaurant recommendations which were spot on, directions, transportation questions and were just very friendly and helpful. Daily happy hour was a nice touch.

Not really a criticism, but the hotel entrance didn't look like the pictures we saw on the website so we were wondering whether we were at the right place upon arrival.
