Cleaning in bathroom Water leak on bathroom floor

Wonderfully kind staff and a great location.

Could use an extra blanket in the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was recently renovated from what they told me with brand new furniture, creating a modern and very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and clean. One of the highlights was definitely the pools – the water was crystal clear and incredibly inviting. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or enjoying a swim, the environment is simply perfect. Highly recommended for a relaxing and stylish getaway with very helpful staff.!

The location was brilliant

Check in process- non existent Cleanliness- shockingly dirty bathroom, kettle unusable, dirty bedding, if I had an option to move hotel I would have but all hotels were full. Daily maid service however not sure what she did other than dust the floor. Seemed to be people living on the ground floor with no consideration for others who were holidaying there.
