Excellent location and very comfortable apartment! AC worked well! Washer and dryer were not in individual apartment, which was a bit of a surprise….and others left their laundry there for an extended time….so it was more difficult to do laundry than expected. Communication regarding check in was fine, but communication regarding check out was nonexistent until we initiated.

The apartment was spacious & very well located. The beds were very comfortable & the pillows were satisfactory. The main bedroom had blackout curtains which was great. However, the top bedroom had no curtains & was too bright, & was sparse with no storage at all for clothes. We were disappointed as the property was not as described. There was no Nespresso machine with coffee as promised, & when I contacted the host about this, I received no reply. Also, the lockers were broken & no washing powder was available. The description stated that toiletries would be included, but there was only shower gel, & no shampoo, hair conditioner or body lotion. There were no instructions for the electrical appliances & so the tv & hob were difficult to use. I also think it’s not acceptable for staff to enter the apartment when we weren’t there (to collect the city tax). Overall, it fell short of what was promised & as we paid a high price, so we felt we were overcharged.
