Hemos comido super bien.

Nada que no me haya gustado. Me gusto todo.

This is eco tourism at its very best. A totally immersive experience in centuries of culture within an exceptional scenery. The table d’hôte was delicious, varied and it was wonderful to know that all the fruits and vegetables had been grown only a few meters away, with all the cheeses and charcuterie made on the premises. We were extremely lucky to have been staying on the day the grapes (that grow all around the tiny village) were harvested and attended the very start of the wine making process, a real treat. Our hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming and we also picked up some great tips for exploring the area. There are also several walks staring right from the property’s door step so one can leave the car behind, enjoy a great walk and then relax in the spa or pool before dinner.
